How we will measure our success

We will use a range of information to measure the success of our work.

 

This will be published on our website and will include:

  • information about how easy our service is to find and use;
  • information about the complaints we receive, our work to investigate and resolve them and what our customers think of our service;
  • information about how we help others improve public services; and
  • information about the work we do to make the complaints system better.
