Age UK speech: The role complaints can play in improving care of older people

In a speech for Age UK’s For Later Life Conference on 25 April, Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, Julie Mellor, spoke about how complaints can play their part in improving care for older people. She also spoke about the need for older people to know that complaints can and do make a difference.
