Executive Board Minutes
Our governance arrangements have changed and the Unitary Board now replaces the Executive Board.
The minutes which are published on this website have had some passages or paragraphs removed. The sections removed relate either to information which is intended for future publication or to information the disclosure of which is likely to prejudice the effective conduct of affairs.
You can see which sections have been removed because they are shown by empty square brackets like this [ ]. Where more than one paragraph has been removed, you can see that by the gaps between the numbered paragraphs that remain – so if the paragraphs are numbered 3.1, 3.2, and 3.7 you can see that nothing has been left from paragraphs 3.3-3.6.
In a few places where the removal of text means that nothing sensible remains then short explanatory text has been added to help you to understand what was discussed. This text appears in red italics.
At most meetings, the Executive Board also considers items identified as internally confidential which are largely relating to employment, contractual or personnel issues. These are not routinely published.
