The final event in the Listening & Learning regional conference series took place in Exeter on 13 January 2011. The six events were attended by those who work professionally with NHS complaints at Trusts and Strategic Health Authorities, alongside representatives from intermediary organisations and professional regulators. The events followed the launch of the Ombudsman’s first annual report on NHS complaint handling performance.
