EnquirerLevels of satisfaction remain broadly comparable across our Parliamentary and health work; with at least 70 per cent of enquirers and 88 per cent of complainants saying they are satisfied or very satisfied with our service.
The results also show that review customers with health complaints are overall less satisfied than review customers with Parliamentary complaints.
