Levels of satisfaction are broadly comparable across our parliamentary and health work; with at least 70 per cent of enquirers and complainants saying they are satisfied or very satisfied with our service. Health complainants are the most satisfied with the service they receive, with just 10 per cent saying they are unhappy with our customer service.

The majority of enquirers who contact us about a matter that is outside of our jurisdiction are also satisfied with our service. There are no complainants in this category because we cannot accept complaints outside our jurisdiction. Instead, we try to advise customers about the appropriate body to handle their complaint.
