2010 Stakeholder Impact Study

The Stakeholder Impact Study was conducted by an independent research company. It was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman’s recommendations to public bodies and to ascertain the wider impact and public benefit of her Office’s work.
