Investigations completed during the period 1 April 2000 to 30 September 2000
The 114 investigations completed during the period, of which 13 are reported in full in this selection, involved 18 departments or other bodies within jurisdiction. Three investigations involved more than one department or other body, making a total of 117 cases. 104 of the complaints investigated were upheld, at least in part.
