Postal services

We are normally unable to look at complaints about postal services.

You should contact the following organisations which will be able to tell you how to take forward your complaint about these services.

Ofcom

Since October 2011, Ofcom have taken over the role of regulating the postal industry from Postcomm.

Whilst they do not investigate individual complaints about postal operators they do provide information on how to take forward your complaint on their website at http://consumers.ofcom.org.uk/tell-us/postal-servicesOpen in new window.

If you are unhappy with the handling of your complaint by Ofcom it may be that the Ombudsman can look into your complaint. Please call our Helpline on 0345 015 4033 for further help and advice if your complaint is about Ofcom.
