The Ombudsman is generally unable to look at complaints about commerical companies from whom you have bought goods or services, for example shops, builders, traders, internet sites, mobile phones, extended warranties, cars etc.
You should contact one of the following organisations who will be able to tell you how to take forward your complaint.
Trading Standards
Provides advice and guidance for consumers who are in dispute with goods and services providers.

Government funded service to help you sort out problems and disagreements you may be having with suppliers of goods and services.

Citizens Advice
