Whilst we are looking at your complaint we will need to collect personal information about you.
To investigate your complaint we will need to share information with the organisation concerned and other relevant bodies.
If you would like to know what information we are requesting or how it may be used please call our Helpline on 0845 015 4033 and we will be happy to put you in touch with our records manager. Our records manager will also deal with requests for access to the personal information we may hold about you.
Our website does not enable our visitors to communicate with other visitors or for them to post information to be accessed by others.
Cookies
We do not use cookies on our website. Cookies are used to track visitors’ movements on a site. Websites can use cookies to help monitor the use of popular sections links on the site.
Log files
Log files allow us to record visitors' use of the site. The Office of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman puts together log file information from all our visitors, which we use to make improvements to the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors move around it. Log files do not contain any personal information about you.
Feedback
If you provide feedback on our website we will only use it to develop and improve the site. We will keep the actual feedback for six months after which it will be deleted but analysis of feedback may be kept.

Our website contains links to other sites. The Office of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman is not responsible for the privacy practices within any of these other sites.
