Home > Work for us > Become a Caseworker
Our Caseworkers play a key role in our work, analysing complaints about government departments and agencies, and about the NHS. This is an exciting time to join us as we are focusing on improving our service to our customers
The Caseworker role provides a unique opportunity to make a real change for the better in public services. When you identify an injustice, the results of your investigation will lead to you making recommendations for improvement to organisations who increasingly are keen to listen and want to improve their services.
We are looking for people with the highest level of analytical ability to examine and assess complex information, and with the good judgement to come to fair, just and appropriate conclusions. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer focus to deal compassionately yet impartially with complainants, and liaise with MPs, government bodies and health practitioners. High-level drafting skills are also key to produce the reports that follow an investigation.
Still interested? We are not currently recruiting for Caseworkers at the moment but you can find out more information about the role by visiting our Caseworker micro site at www.makeadifferenceatphso.org.uk, where you can also register an interest to be notified for future vacancies
