We are the Ombudsman’s Liaison team:
We work in partnership with organisations we investigate to help them improve the way they handle complaints.
We do this through a programme of visits, talks and training. We also provide guidance and other complaint handling resources on our website.
To do our job well, we need to understand and listen to the organisations we investigate. We want to:
- understand the challenges you face and help you overcome these so that complaints are resolved without our involvement
- hear about good examples of listening and acting on feedback from service users
- hear your feedback on the service we provide so we can also improve.
