Amanda Campbell appointed as new CEO

We are very pleased to announce that Amanda (Mandie) Campbell will be joining us from 3 October as our new CEO.

Amanda comes to us from the Home Office where she has held various senior positions including, Director General of Immigration Enforcement, Chief Operating Officer of Border Force and Director of Leadership and Learning. During her time in the Home Office, Amanda has been responsible for a range of investigative functions, including a criminal investigation branch  with some 300 professionally trained and accredited criminal investigators.

Amanda has a successful track record of leading significant, successful transformation and outstanding delivery in highly complex operations. She is passionate about creating learning organisations where staff can be enthusiastic about their roles and are committed to succeed.

Amanda was a Non-Executive Director for Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust where she was a member of the Performance and Quality Committee and Chair of the Informatics Committee.

Amanda will lead the Executive Team and will be responsible and accountable for all our services on a day to day basis as well as delivery of our Business Plan.  Working in partnership with the Chair and the Board, Amanda will lead our modernisation and continuous improvement to achieve more impact for people failed by public services.
