Accessing our complaint forms

Please signpost the people you are supporting to our website and encourage them to complete our online complaint form. This is the quickest way to bring a complaint to us and helps us capture the digital information we need. 

If the person you are supporting needs an alternative format, there are Easy Read complaint forms and large print complaint forms available. For any other formats, they can call us on 0345 015 4033. BSL users can contact us through the Sign Video service.
