We run a free, interactive online workshop for advocates, charity staff and people working in organisations that support someone to make a complaint.

In the workshop we explain:

  • the local complaints process
  • how we investigate complaints
  • some practical tips for supporting someone through the process.

“I think this is a great session to offer as it wasn’t something I was aware of. Working with individuals who have often been mistreated in hospital or by the benefits system, it’s great to know there is a further level they can take complaints to.”

We run one workshop a month for advocates and one for people from charities and community organisations. Places are limited, so we recommend registering early to secure your spot.

You can sign up to join a workshop on our Eventbrite page.

"Really engaging, respectful and accessible workshop for our deaf community. If only more organisations were as aware of the importance of equal access as you are. Thank you all!"

Please note that we cannot discuss individual cases during the workshop. We can answer general questions about the complaints process. If we cannot help, we will direct you to the right information.
