About the role

As an Assistant Director of Casework, you will lead one of our casework areas, working collaboratively with senior operational colleagues to provide a consistent approach to delivering high quality casework, with a focus on making the right decision at the right time.  
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operational Performance , one of two operations deputies, you will be a member of the Operations Leadership Team. In addition to ensuring effective delivery in your casework area, you will have an important role in developing and implementing operational change and working as part of the Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver corporate priorities.
