About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Finance Team in the Manchester office.

We are hoping to attract a highly organised individual, with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of the wider team. 
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for contributing towards the delivery of PHSO's annual budget setting exercises by working with budget holders on their requirements linked to their business plans. You will be expected to assist the Finance Business Partner in the delivery of financial management information to support decision makers at all levels, delivering quality and timely monthly financial reporting packs to budget holders.

The successful candidate will be part Qualified or studying AAT or CCAB or equivalent recognised accountancy body with experience of working on budgets and management accounts, as well as experience of financial management within a public sector organisation.

Experience of analysing complex written material and identifying and summarising key issues is essential.
