About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Manchester- based Finance team in the role of Finance Assistant for a period of 6 months. In this role you will work along-side the wider team dealing with a range of transactional activities including account administration, purchase ordering and invoicing, reconciliation and the preparation of payment runs. Your attention to detail should be of a high standard.
In addition to those duties you will also act as a first point of contact to the organization, on a range of matters including queries on travel and subsistence and financial processing, you will therefore be a confident communicator with all levels within the organisation, demonstrating a consistently high standard of customer service. It is also essential that you are flexible in your approach and experienced in working on your own initiative and prioritising your workload to meet a range of deadlines.
