Sign Video service
If you are a British Sign Language (BSL) user, you can use the Sign Video service to contact us.
To use the service, you need to be able to see videos on your computer and have an internet connection. You will need to download a ‘plug-in’ (some special software) to use it the first time. This software makes sure that the video is good enough quality and that the call is secure.
From the Sign Video website. you will be connected to a signing service who will act as a BSL interpreter to our customers. They do not record or store any information about the details of your call. We store and handle all the information in line with our privacy policy.

We provide some of our video content in British Sign Language (BSL). These are added to the relevant pages on this website, but can also be viewed on our YouTube channel.
Subtitles on our published videos
We make sure all of our videos are subtitled in English. Our videos are hosted on YouTube and you can switch on the subtitles by tapping or clicking on the 'CC' icon. This article about using YouTube with a screen reader may help, depending on the equipment you use.
