If you are blind or can't see very well

Text size

You can make the text larger using your browser.

  • In Google Chrome hold down 'Ctrl' and then '+' to zoom in or 'Ctrl' and '-' to zoom out.
  • In Internet Explorer, go to 'view', 'text size'. Select the text size you want.
  • In Safari, hold down the command key (Apple key) and select '+' to make the text larger or '-' to make it smaller.
  • In Firefox, go to 'view', 'text size'. You can make the text size larger or smaller.

Colour and contrast

We follow web accessibility standards to make sure that there is enough contrast in the colours we use for text on our site.

Most devices have built-in options to change colour contrast and display settings.  

Windows 

Go to Settings – Accessibility - Contrast themes. You can choose from several high-contrast options including white on black and black on white. 

Mac  

Go to System Settings – Accessibility - Display, where you can increase contrast and reduce transparency. 

iPhone/iPad 

Go to Settings – Accessibility - Display and Text Size, where you can increase contrast and choose colour filters. 

Android 

Go to Settings – Accessibility - Colour and motion, where you can adjust contrast settings. Please note on some devices menu names may vary. 

Reading web pages out loud 

Most devices and web browsers have built‑in tools that can read web pages aloud. Availability and features may vary depending on your device, browser and settings. 

Microsoft Edge 

Right‑click anywhere on the page and select Read aloud. 

Safari (Apple devices) 

You can use your device’s built‑in spoken content features to read text aloud. 

Other browsers and devices 

You may be able to use built‑in screen readers or text‑to‑speech tools provided by your device or browser.
