What is a complaint?
This page is about making a complaint about a UK government service.
A complaint is when you are not happy about something and you tell someone about it.
We have information in Easy Read that can help you understand more about how to make a complaint about your healthcare and what we do.
We try to use easy to understand language on our website. If you would like any information in Easy Read or other alternative formats please call us on 0345 015 4033.
What to do if you are not happy with a UK government service
Our Easy Read leaflet explains what to do if you want to complain about the service you received from a UK government service. For example, the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), the tax office (HM Revenue and Customs) or Jobcentre Plus.
You can download our complaint form in Easy Read.
