Feedback from our surveys helps us better understand the experience of people who use our service, so we can build on our strengths and identify areas for improvement.

We regularly contact people who have complained to us and organisations we investigate to ask them about their experience of using our service. 

These surveys are quick and easy to complete online. They can also be completed over the phone with our research partner, Opinion Research Services.  

Our privacy policy explains how we use and look after information about you, or that could identify you. Opinion Research Services has a separate privacy notice.
