Feedback from our Complainant and OWI surveys allows us to understand more about the views of people who use our service. It helps us consider what we do well and areas where we can improve.
The surveys are quick and easy for people to complete online and there is also the option for complainants to complete the survey via telephone.
These surveys replace our previous feedback surveys.
