If you don't speak English well and want to speak to us in your own language, we can get an interpreter on the telephone quickly. Please call us on 0345 015 4033 and tell us which language you speak - or email phso.enquiries@ombudsman.org.uk.
Translate web pages
You can translate pages on this website using the built-in translation feature in your web browser. This is free and works on most devices.
Google Chrome
Right-click anywhere on the page and select 'Translate to [your language]'. You can also select a different language from the translation bar that appears at the top of the screen.
Microsoft Edge
Right-click anywhere on the page and select 'Translate to [your language]'. You can change the language using the translation bar at the top of the screen.
Safari (Apple devices)
