This interim report highlights key findings from research carried out with members of the International Ombudsman Institute. In June 2020 they were asked about the challenges their organisations face, the challenges brought about by the Covid-19 crisis and the strategies being used to tackle them. The full set of results from the survey will be published in the final report early next year.
