The coronavirus pandemic continues to impact our service. You may experience significant delays when you bring a complaint to us. We are very sorry about this.
Our caseworkers are working hard to progress complaints and to respond as soon as possible, but it is still taking longer than usual to get information from frontline organisations. We have a queue of cases that we are working through in order of receipt and we are grateful for your patience as we do this.
