About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Programme office in Manchester.
We are hoping to attract a highly organised individual, with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of the wider team.

 

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Quality and Improvement, you will be responsible for delivering the Quality Programme. You will utilise your organisational skills, to manage the governance of the programme. Supporting the Assistant Director and Programme Office to manage the programme and its constituent projects. Working with project managers to develop and deliver to their project plans whilst maintaining key project and programme documentation and templates.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels including those outside direct working relationships.
You will have experience of analysing complex written materials and identifying and summarising key themes to a variety of audiences, including the development of business cases and recommendations to senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes as well as the ability to motivate and coordinate multiple project managers to achieve their project aims and objectives.
