We can only look at complaints about charities if they are about what a charity has done on behalf of a government department or the NHS in England.
Otherwise you should take complaints about charities to:
- the Charity Commission for complaints about charities in England and Wales
- the Scottish Charity Regulator for complaints about charities in Scotland
- the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland for complaints about charities in Northern Ireland.
